The Google News Initiative wanted to spotlight Journalism AI, a program created in partnership with the London School of Economics that empowers news organizations to use artificial intelligence to advance their missions. Our job was to tell the story of this program and its impact at a particularly important inflection point in the global conversation around AI.

We filmed with journalists in London, Amman, Asunción, and Mexico City and then layered their distinct stories, connecting them across continents with visual devices and creative edits.

The final anthem film premiered at the 2023 International Journalism Festival and found another life online, supported by additional deliverables including three :15 social teasers, original photography, and a breakout case study.
